I have been a long and loyal customer of trumark for many, many years now , and sadly that may end very soon. Slowly this place has changed things that have beyond upset me and my family. Recently found out that they did away with free banking with wawa and now at the end of the month banging me fees for using ATMs and such which they just did again and because of their withdrawals they debited my account less than what I hd in checking and caused me an overdraft fee! Totally unacceptable that an Institution I have loved for years is not helping me in any way. Amongst other issues this is just one. Not happy trumark, let me down big time. My entire family may leave shortly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to be a member of this credit union so I could stray away from the unethical practices at "big banks" but their customer service is horrible. You are not treated like a valued member. Stay away and choose another credit union!

All staff are some of the friendliest people I ever met, pleasant, I have always had anxiety dealing with my finances, but at Trumark they make you feel right at home. Recommend a day off everybody just a random day off. God Bless the staff at Trumark.
