Nice People..They greet me every time as soon as I enter. The drive thru is super fast also. I use it more often than walking inside. They talk to you and acknowledge you right away. I use to bank at a big bank and they changed my account to having me use the ATM for deposits even when it was cash.They would have a charge if I walked inside to use the teller. Replacing people for machines so I decided to switch all my banking where I had my auto loan even if it was paid off. They kept me as a member. Any improvements suggested:The internet banking should be more modern and easier to use specially on bill payThank you First Financial Credit Union. Take care of my money..I am headed to work..to find more to give you to keep protecting it and holding it for me.

After being a loyal customer for 12 years, I applied for a loan. It was approved and I went in to sign the paperwork only to find that the terms I was given over the phone were no longer applicable. The loan agent and branch staff were rude about the entire situation, no empathy whatsoever. Very unprofessional. I am moving my account immediately.
