I ran into quite an issue with the marketplace and OHP. I had been enrolled in medicaid thus losing my tax credit, all without my knowledge- until I was suddenly charged a ton for insurance. After about a week of being transferred from one person to the next and spending HOURS on hold with healthcare.gov and OHP, I got a call from Nicole Betts at Century Benefits. Without a doubt, the most helpful person I had talked to all week! Nicole was polite and patient, professional, and so incredibly knowledgeable. If she didnt have an answer, she was sure to find out for me. And even when I didnt ask questions, she could tell when I was confused on a topic and she would take the time to explain it to me, to ensure that I could make the best choices for my healthcare coverage. I truly felt like she was there to simplify the whole process while making sure I got the best coverage and prices to fit my needs. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Century Benefits to anyone! Thank you for making my life a little easier!

Well I came across a young lady named Katherine Tabor who had really good experience an insurance. I was really impressed on how she took her time to explain everything in good detail. I also felt that she had a lot of compassion in what she was doing. I been to a lot of places and never have I came across a person who actually really cared about what she was doing, but even more caring about and making sure that the costumer goes away satisfied "I strongly recommend Katherine Tabor as an agent!

Century Benefits is highly informative no matter what type of insurance that you are looking for. If you are looking for information regarding health insurance, which most people are, they can answer your questions. If you are looking for auto insurance, they can probably get you a lower rate. Everyone I have spoke to in their office is extremly friendly and willing to help you out. This year when open enrollment comes, I will definitely call Century Benefits.

This year I had to buy Health insurance for the first time. I had a really high deductible and Brandy at century benefits was able to recommend a supplemental policy that will pay my high delectable if i have an accident or injury. Having this coverage gives me peace of mind and I know i have exactly the protection i need. I highly recommend century benefit for all insurance needs. They are a greatly brokerage.
