I am changing my review after speaking with the local staff. First of all let me say that the staff was kind, professional, and courteous. They were not in any way rude to me. This was my first visit as I was looking for a dentist near my home. Also, my dental visit occurred in April 20th and again May 12th. I went in for just a simple cleaning. To my surprise I was told that I had three cavities, needed a crown, and needed a root canal! All in I would need almost $1000 in work done. I was not a happy camper to say the least, but ponied up the money and chalked it up to: if it has to be done, it has to be done. This is really the only reason for the review-feeling that they definitely are in the business to up-sell and make money. This was just a lot to take on your first visit to a new dentist. My final recommendation to Ideal Dental of Colleyville: 1. When a brand new customer comes in for the first time, they are usually nervous about being at a new dentist. Immediately bombing them with over $1000 in dental needs(even if the patient needs the work) is not a great way to let a patient ease in and leaves a bad taste that lingers. Overall good service nice office and nice staff.

Great experience all the way around. I had a minor dental emergency and the Ideal Dental team got me in to see the dentist the very next morning. Everyone was so responsive and personable. Their quick response and extra effort were commendable. They took the time to explain my options, made several phone calls on my behalf and got me to an orthodontic surgeon the same day. Within hours, my dental issue was resolved and I was on my way home. Considering, I did not have an appointment and none of this was planned, I was amazed to have everyone work so hard to help me. The team work of Dr. Kaur, Hope, Lisa and even the Regional Manager, Steve, was outstanding and I know they will continue to do what they can to take very good care of me and my family. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to identify a dental team they can trust for routine and emergency dental care for everyone in the family.

Wow! My husband and I had such a better experience than we anticipated. For the past 3 years we have searched for a dentist we liked and had no luck. I ended up having an emergency root canal and my widsom teeth removed within 2 days. While that is not an ideal situation, they made the entire process painless (Can you believe it?!?), took aways my fears, and were very accommodating on the cost. Every single person we encountered from the office staff, to the dental hygienist to the dentist was SO, SO, SO nice!!! We are relieved to have found a dentist for our family and dedicated to taking better care of our dental health. I highly recommend Ideal Dental of Colleyville!!!!

I was having some issues and was in terrible shape. They were able to get me in quick and address all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Kaur was exemplary. On a professional and personal level, she is one of the best dentists that I have ever dealt with. She was able to quickly pinpoint my issue and correct it . I liked the way the state of my teeth was presented to me by the dental hygienist. It was all on the TV screen right in front of me to see. I felt more motivated to take care of my teeth and gums than ever before. She was very nice and considerate. Ideal Dental of Colleyville has earned my business.

Dr. Kaur and Hope are amazing! They both took their time to explain everything they were going to do before they touched me. They were patient during my meltdown, and Dr. Kaur made sure I was completely relaxed before continuing. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Sabrina did an excellent job going over my benefits and payment options and Jessica made my new patient experience a breeze. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. It was a much better experience than I anticipated.

Embarrassingly I had to have quite a bit of work done and I tell you what, these people know exactly what they are doing. I was there for about four hours and could immediately tell that the work they did would really help me. They are cautious and they make sure you are comfortable and not in any pain while they work. Great staff and great work. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

Idea Dental has well mannered staff and a competent dentist who is deceptive by misrepresenting knowingly, the laws regarding pain treatment and management. The "Associate(s)" as the dentist calls him/her is liable for any alleged dental malpractice or violation of State Statute(s). Never been mistreated and knowingly left in such severe pain. Inexcusable. Failure to treat pain. Ugly.

Good experience! Dr. Lowe was terrific and Brittany was very helpful in setting up my appointments, sorting through my insurance and explaining everything in detail. So far, I am pleased that I went ahead and took care of my crowns/cavity issue all at the same time. Nice experience ladies!
