I am 1 payment away from paying off my car loan and I have to say I have had only but the absolute best service with A & L Financial. Although my due date would land right before I got paid, my account representative always worked with me if I needed a extra day or two without any penalties. I even had a family emergency and she allowed me to set a monthly payment back one month with an reasonable fee of $25.00 so that I can take care of my emergency. I believe if you honor your loan contract and stay in contact with A & L Financial, they give you the same respect in return. I would definitely recommend any body who needed a second chance car loan.

There very rude and absoulutly a horrible company look for another finance company. Customer service sucks helping when your in a hardship they wont work with you if your 9 days late because of how your pay work expect to get your car repossessed very shady people.... im 9 days late they took my car when i was going in today to make my payment said oh well then taked on the repo fees so now i cant afford to get my car back i cant go to work, dr appts., or take my son to school.... very poor service will not work with you

They are by far the worst financial corporation on the face of the Earth. Spare yourself the difficulty and hardship that comes with doing any business with these people. They are all rude when you speak on the phone with them. Please make no mistake, the reviews on Yelp and Google are exactly as horrible as they seem.
