Liston and the team have provided exceptional service and my wife Gabi and I have many policies with them. A cracked windshield was fixed in a flash in my own garage, and any questions or policy changes are always resolved with urgency by Amy. With our recent major hail storm in the Blaine area our home was restored back to normal with Tom’s personal guarantee. The only contact I had with my prior insurance agency was the premium bills they sent. When I switched to Tom, I saw what how the relationship should be with an insurance agent. He met with us, reviewed our current coverage and needs, and found ways to give us more coverage for less money. He has responded quickly when our insurance needs changed, and walked us through the claim process after a car accident. I am so happy that we found an agent we know will always look out for our best interests instead of our premium payments.

They were the BEST!--I AM SUPER HAPPY! We Had a Major Hail Storm come thru MN in June. I had a Homeowners Claim. SF adjuster Robert handled my estimate very well. Later there was an adjustment I had a question about Lori at the Holland Agency could not answer, she called the main office who minutes later called me back and answered my question. State Farm was a pleasure to work with on both the local and national level. The Holland Agency has been GREAT, top notch service

Tom and his agency are very thoughtful, thorough, and prompt when we work with them.
