My Credit was bad for a long time and before I bought my car I worked on paying off my prior debts. After buying the car and with the loan APR at 17.99 with Chase Auto I decided to look elsewhere. I finished paying almost all debts and applied with DuPage Credit Union, at the time my credit was not that high, but when applied, I was approved to refinance and it was only after three months of having the car. DuPage Credit Union saw that I was making an effort to pay my debts off and they approve me with an ultimate low, 5% APR. I appreciate what they did for my future and would recommend DuPage Credit Union before all else.

I bank with another credit union and I usually will go here to deposit money. Today I was going to open an account but lisa was my teller for depositing money, she was so rude and short with me that this one bad experience made me decide not to go ahead w ith opening a new account. I will not be back anytime soon

This bank is very difficult to work with. The "shared" branch is not convenient and they can never do what I need to be done. I do not recommend this bank unless you live by the branch. I have had personal and business accounts through them and both are a pain.

Love the credit union so much better than a bank. Helpful staff and there are none of the hidden cost that so many banks have. Normally just used the drive through but always happy with the service.
