Used them for years, the recent changes make it impossible for me to see statements past last month. I called because I needed beyond that and they charge to allow ME to see MY statements beyond last month. Interesting. A few slip ups as well on their end beyond that are making it even more difficult to get these statements. I plan on switching institutions when I get the time and would fully recommend others to look elsewhere.

Just started with EICU and from what I have seen they have made the right changes in the past couple years. With their new remodel, direction, and they way they handle their business; I am excited to be a member of this credit union.

Ever since they remodeled, they have less counters to process customers, the lobby is small and cramped and the service is extremely slow compared to what it used to be.

Employees are kind and knowledgeable. Building is being remodeled and expected to be complete by end of year. Credit Union is still open during construction.
