The teller was helpful and nice. The wait to get to the counter was ridiculous. Also upon entering the bank nobody acknowledges your visit like other large chain banks. I waited over 40 mins just to get to the counter. That was crazy. It was bodies roaming the bank but only 2 people behind the counter and 1 was rotating working the drive-thru window. The other person was at the desk helping someone.

I just opened a checking and savings account a few months ago and have been satisfied since. Their mobile banking app is amazing and the lady who opened my accounts was very friendly and helpful!

Chase bank offers more ways to access your finances than any bank out there. The ATM deposit features and the smart phone apps make going to the bank a thing of the past.
