I went in a few days after initially seeing the "now open" banner outside. There was two tellers working when I walked in and one other customer besides myself. I notified the teller, that reluctantly greeted me, that I was there to speak with a personal banker about a loan. The teller inputted some information in the computer, I assumed also scheduling me in or notifying someone that I was there. While I was waiting it appeared that a manager, or the like, was available. After 15+ minutes of waiting without any addition acknowledgement I left. The teller and other employee who had an office both watched me walk out. Extremely unfortunate circumstances, cause I will not be back and was looking forward to potentially doing business with the new credit union in Council Bluffs. Hopefully other future customers do not have the poor experience that I had.

First off, I like that they are Credit Union. I have my house and car loan through them, also switched my checking accounts here as well. I have been very happy with them and the service they have provided. Had a couple of issues that were my fault for not paying close enough attention when I first moved my house loan and they resolved them for me quickly and efforlessly. I have had nothing but good experiences here so far.
