never used them but i have talked at length with their sales team. they claim they have no hidden fees but when i asked about extra fees such as PCI compliance fee, non qualified rates, transaction fees, ETC they admitted they charged extra for them. sales man did not even know what was difference between qualified card vs non qualified card(almost all cards are non qualified cards anymore--you rarely get the lower cost qualified rate. i asked to be placed on their do not call list, but every 2 weeks they insist on calling me anyway, i dont answer but they leave messages pretending to be customers needing information trying to get me to call them back. can you say desperate and shady?

This company is an extreme ripoff. We were told we were going to be paying $10 per month. One month later we had been charged $130 plus! When I called to find out where all the fees came from, it took 4 days to hear back. When they did call they had fees for everything you can think of. We are currently being charged for equipment they themselves picked up. Speaking of equipment, the junk they sent us hardly worked. Systems were flawed, all to charge 60+ per month. Trust me you can do better. Look for a company with a long standing reputation, not the "local" business that promises to save you money with low percentage rates.

I would give a negative if I can. We stopped using them in Feb and they can see this and yet each month they charged us between $53 and $79 and when we realized this during an audit and called they called us Liars and said it was our fault and they are refunding anything. Prior to this the company they use to process held our money and even their own office staff was frustrated with the processing. NEVER USE THEM!

Keep getting automated spam called from 4 Leaf Solutions which only give instruction to call them back. Waste of my time, waste of their time, and it looks bad for the company. If you need to harass people for them to use your service then you are doing something wrong.
