After the merger I am disgusted with their service, from no paper slips at the drive thru to them having an 8 yr old address that they sent my debit card to. Also the LP office phone number has been coming up as unallocated? Looking to move on to another credit union.

After 20 plus years banking with Good Shepherd I switched to another Catholic Credit Union. Very sad to have to do it but the hours are awful, fees to high, and just not the same institution I loved to bank at. Plus I hate the no deposit slips.

Preferred the Good Shepherd CU over CU one. Much different interaction. Takes FOREVER to get someone on the phone. New hours are limited. Will be looking for new CU who have a better member service focus.

I have always loved good Shepard credit union. But now, Thanks to the merger with credit union one i absolutely hate it. This merger is the worst thing that could have happened to good Shepard.
