Went to pay for lunch using debit card was told card declined in front of several teamates. Humiliated and upset called bank as why. Told acct locked due to overdue loan payment. Guess good thing only needed to eat lunch and was not in a after hour emergency or life threatening event where needed access to acct. Let alone never been delinquent. Very upsetting as had thought finally found bank that actually lived the promise.

Our family has been doing business with ICCU for several years. It has always been great. The tellers are friendly and helpful, wait time is never long and I appreciate that they address me by my name instead of "hun". We will never bank anywhere else.
