ICCU really is not that great of a bank. It is crazy how many mistakes they make. If I use them for basic banking then I have no problems. If I need to interact with them in any way, ie depositing checks, wiring money, changing account information, they seem to always screw something up. They are a small local bank so they can fix their mistakes easily, but the mistakes are made way too often. I have banked with them for nearly 10 years now and we will have to make a change soon. For personal banking I am sure they are great because the expectations are so low. But for business banking, they just cannot handle it. Other banks I have used in the past had tellers with more experience than the age of the average ICCU teller. The only reason why we have remained with them over the last couple years is their great savings rates on business money market savings accounts. Those are dwindling now though so there is no reason to remain with them.

I have been with ICCU for many years. I have multiple loans and accounts with them. They have taken care of me with consitent professionalism and care. There have been some minor hickups along the way but they have generally resolved them all. No customer service organization is prefect. These guys are far above any other banking institution I have done business with.

I could not access online banking for the weekend (resulting in an overdraft charge), representative Alexis was unable (unwilling) to hear me out and listen to my problem. She is more suitable with a collection agency company with her tone of voice. My wife and I have been members for many years...sad day but moving on.

Love their online banking, but the customer service at this location could deffinately use some work. I once waited 10 minutes at the drive through window simply to cash a check.
