Charged $400 in overdraft fees on a trip where a transfer I had attempted to complete via their app never went through. Zero warning, card never declined, more than enough money to cover in my other accounts. They refunded half and will not budge any further. Screwed out of $200... Are they interested in keeping me around? Clearly not. Accounts closed. Find a more community-friendly place to bank. I hope that $200 now is worth the interest they just lost on any future loans I apply for.

Acts more like a bank than a credit union (fees and penalties). Free ATMs are nice though.
