Called for a roof repair work. During the evaluation, I told them to call me before they came and I wanted to be there when they did the work. I was told that was not problem and the work would be scheduled for the week after. A few days later, I was on a business trip and got a phone call from my wife and told me some guys were on our roof doing something. I was shocked. Checked my cell phone and had a missed call and message saying their guys were on the way to do the repair. Obviously, they did not care if their costumers say yes or no, they just went there to do the work whenever was convenient for them.   During the evaluation, I was told the work needed 2-3 hours to finish so I thought it was worth the money on the contract. My wife told me it actually just took them 20-30 min to finish the job.   They are not honest people, will never do business with them again. Update: after a few arguments, they eventually agreed to cut my bill by$100. So I changed the review from one star to three stars.

Bone Dry Roofing was awesome! TheY explained how things work with the insurance claim and provided a wide array of quality options. They recommend a shingle that would withstand most storms (130mph or about that) and they had different color options. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Best company ever at communication! They kept me in the loop and their team communicated directly with me and their management and labourers all in a single text strand. When issues arose, they made recommendations and let me choose how to handle the issues. Thank you for the great work Bone Dry! I will go to Bone Dry for all my future roofing needs. Thank you Patrick from Bone Dry for seeing the project through to completion - LOVE OUR NEW ROOF!!!

Very professional and easy to work with. Patrick came out to give me an estimate and was very thorough, explaining everything that they were going to do and why. He was clear and to the point and called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. Logan and José came out to do the repair the day after I submitted the signed proposal to start the work. Again I was impressed at their professionalism and their quality of work. The repair is as close in color to the old shingles as I could have hoped for. Bone Dry was the middle estimate but was the cheapest of the professional roofers I called (not just some guy in a truck). I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

On 9/16/2015, Bone Dry Masonry performed an inspection and cleaning of my chimney. Sean Adams performed the service. He was professional and kept our home clean while he worked. Sean offered me tips for increasing the longevity of my fireplace, and told me how to keep an eye out for potential issues. He even helped straighten out our old fireplace screen. This was the second time I had my chimney inspected and cleaned by Bone Dry Masonry. I plan to continue using them annually, and I would recommend them to those in the region. Requested quotes from a couple different companies. Bone Dry Roofing had the best price for replacing the Chase top of the chimney . They kept in good contract about when the work would be done and it went very well. They were always on time and very professional.Steve is also good in explaining things and I would use them again in the future if need arises.

I have worked with Bone Dry twice now and had a great experience both times. On their most recent visit (4/26/16) they re-tacked siding on my home free of charge. The rep (Scott) stated since the piece was sitting on the side of my house and in good shape, he could fix the problem in 5- minutes. I highly recommend/appreciate their service!

They were very quick to come out after the hurricane hit Cincinnati, and they put temporary patches in place so that I would not get any water damage prior to the roof installation. I also love that they do not use the power staples that drive too far through the shingle, thus making it less secure than properly hammered shingle nails.

I had a bad section of nearly flat roof that leaked and caused wood damage beneath the surface. Corey Low came out and did the repairs and installed a rubber membrane. We just had a 2.5 inch rainfall and there was no leakage. Very professional company with good employees. Strongly recommend Bone Dry.
