John Harper and his crew did a wonderful job working with us after a storm damaged our rubber roof on our rental property. John was prompt, and extremely professional with our insurance adjuster, the village representatives (Building & Inspections Dept.), and our tenants. John took great care of us throughout the process, and his crew did an outstanding job. I love the fact that he uses his own crew, and doesn’t sub out the work - they are the real deal, accountable, take pride and ownership in their work, and will be there for you if you ever have any problems. We were very pleased with the experience and work completed, and I have since referred him to several others who have had nothing but great things to say about John and his crew. We had hands down the best experience, customer service, turnaround time, recommendations, price and patience working with John @ Harper Siding and Roofing. His quote was the best and most competitive but even if it was not we still would have used him. John was able to help us save a lot of money, make the best decisions on color and material to use, and got the job turned around very quickly to help us avoid future leaks into our home.
