I purchased a Napoleon NPI40 insert wood pellet stove from Fireside Supply, Inc. in 2008. This stove broke down for 4 years straight so I decided to buy another stove because of the lack of service and the lack of warranty back-up from the manufacturer. I decided to go to Mainline Heating to purchase a Harman Accentra insert wood pellet stove. The service I received was fast, not forgetful, and the instillation was very professional. They took my old stove and cleaned my liner and had my new stove in within two weeks. I believe this store is the best in the area however, when getting the best you pay a little more than the average store. They are pricy but it is worth it to get the job done right the first time.

First they installed a stove with a defective door frame ! Came back with another door still out of square. Finally installed a new stove. Since then it has worked fine. Second they specked out the installation piping that had a $43.00 pipe that was not needed which was pre-paid. This was documented as a credit by the installer. 6 phone calls over the past 6 months and I still have not seen the Credit check nor do I expect to based on the run around with their office Staff. Good Luck !

My overall expereince with Mainline is very positive. Purchhased a pellet stove, had insulation work done, and a ductless system installed. The work is professional and the staff polite and helpful on the phone. I held off on the 5th star becuase there was some miscommunication on scheduling and a couple of times calls made to the office were not returned - I had to follow up. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company!

Technician Brandon showed up on time introduced himself was very professional and was very diligent about his work Office screwed up on estimated cost though every year we have our pellet and wood stove flue cleaned and the only quoted pellet flue and never mentioned additional cost for extra flue. Shame on office staff.
