I became involved with Tim Abeel and his law firm regarding my Lemon Law Case in October of 2014. Already at wits end by that time with the problems I’d been having with my vehicle, Tim personally handled my case with the utmost professionalism, attentiveness, and empathy. His knowledge of Lemon Law, the court system, the manufacturer and other parties to the case, and the process, were used to my benefit throughout. I have never dealt with an attorney – for any matter – that answered my emails and telephone calls so quickly, most times within minutes. As busy as Tim is, I was always positively impressed by the individual attention I received with respect to my case, and his uncanny ability to compartmentalize my matter amongst all his other ongoing cases whenever we communicated about it. Where these cases can sometimes linger for long periods, it was always a plus to have this open line of communication to find out the status of things at any given time. Tim’s knowledge of the Lemon Law, the court system in my county, the other parties involved, and the manufacturer were prescient and highly accurate. His knowledge of the nuances of each of these ultimately proved quite effective in my case. At the end of the day, if you want someone who will work tirelessly on your behalf for your Lemon Law case, treat you with empathy and respect, always answer your calls or emails in a timely fashion, and most of all, bring you positive results as he did in my case, then Tim is your attorney!

My case is still pending I just reached out to Mr. Abeel last month. I keep having transmission issues with my 2014 Nissan Altima and NMAC was not doing anything about rectifying the problem or trying to compensate me . His staff contacted me immediately and they kept me informed of all they where doing and Sally is such a pleasure to speak with. Excellent and Fast Experience with Tim Abeel Resolving my Lemon Law Claim Tim did a great job resolving my lemon law claim on a $100K+ vehicle. Prior to contacting Tim, I attempted (unsuccessfully) to resolve my lemon law claim directly with the manufacturer. Despite my vehicle having been at a dealer on numerous (4+) occasions for the same defect, and out of service for 40+ days, the manufacturer was generally unresponsive, giving me various excuses, requests for additional time to investigate issues with my vehicle, etc. Accordingly, I contacted Tim. Tim is very responsive to emails/phone calls, and has excellent insight in how best to deal with vehicle manufacturers. He resolved my lemon law claim very quickly.
