It is with great pleasure that I write and share my personal experience with the Altman Law Firm, LLC to express my gratitude for the wonderful services Jonathan Altman and Dana Ingham provided me, and the successful outcome of my legal case. While I won’t discuss the details of my case, I will however shed a little light on an almost seemingly and inevitable case that could have resulted in my being incarcerated for a lengthy period. However, with the skills and expertise of both Jonathan and Dana, I am able to sit here (at home) and write this review. When I first met Jonathan I was detained at the Chester County Jail, pending bail. From my initial contact and discussion with Jonathan, I was almost certain that he would be the perfect attorney to represent me in my case against the Common Wealth of PA. I was clueless and naïve to the judicial system because I had never gotten in trouble with the law before. Jonathan, however, assured me that everything was going to be ok, and that he would do all that he could to help me. His assurance gave me some relief and a sense confidence and trust in him. During the entire eight-months leading up to my sentencing, the Altman Law Firm, LLC team had worked persistently in gathering any/all evidence and communicating and negotiating with the District Attorney to resolve my case with the best outcome possible(for me, of course). We were offered two plea agreements that neither I nor Jonathan saw suitable, given the fact that I had no previous record of criminal activity. Both agreements required that I serve some time in prison or county jail. Per Jonathan’s legal expertise advice, we decided to go with an open plea where the judge would ultimately decide my fate. It was one of the better decisions I made in my life. In his pursuit to provide the best legal services, Jonathan was incredibly persuasive in getting the DA and the judge to reduce or eliminate several charges that were brought against me. Of the charges that were reduced or eliminated, few were high-grade felonies and some were misdemeanors. Furthermore, Jonathan was very persistent in making sure that the restitution owed was accurate and reasonable. His due diligence in investigating any monetary losses from the victim(s) enabled us to dispute a restitution claim of nearly $50,000 and confirmed it to be about $7,500. What a big difference! As I mentally prepared myself for the day of sentencing, I couldn’t help but to feel slightly anxious. It’s never an easy or good feeling knowing that your life dangles by the mercy and decision of someone else. Nonetheless, I was content with whatever outcome or decision the judge was going to make. The only thing that gave me hope and a bit of confidence in that I would walk out of the court room victorious was my trust in Jonathan’s expertise and years of experience. And surely, we prevailed. I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the legal services from the Altman Law Firm, LLC. Both Jonathan Altman and Dana Ingham are superb and I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s seeking legal guidance and representation. Thank you so much Jonathan and Dana!
