Hello All, I would not personally recommend this law firm for traffic tickets. They never communicated effectively with me concerning my traffic ticket. I explained to the police officer that I was unaware of the do not cross the median law, especially when there are no signs posted in Lewisville. The police began to tell me the penal codes and I reasonably rebutted his position of citing the penal code to me. I explained to him that I retired from the Army that has regulations and guidelines, and a fresh recruit entered my ranks I could not possibly require that individual to know all of the regulations and guidelines. The police officer agreed. I explained this to the staff, and a court date was set. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful in getting my ticket dismissed resulting in a fine of $420.00 with one month to pay. I explained I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and subsequently suffered a homeless situation that really made it impossible to pay the fine. I explained that I would have to come in with my service dog and my 17 y/o son to pay restitution because I did not have the money to pay. One of the law office clerks stated that there was nothing they could because I requested a payment plan. After speaking with the Lewisville Municipal County Clerk about my situation she told me to call the law office back and request to have my ticket brought back to the judge. On September 12, 2016, I showed up to court at 1:30 as scheduled and the Davidson law firm had not checked in yet. I waited and waited for someone from the firm to show up after 45 minutes I had to leave to pick up my son from school. Today September 13, 2016, I was contacted by one of Davidson Law clerks stating that my disposition did not change, I still owe the $420.00 with a 90 day deferment without and tickets during those 90 days, but the $420.00 is still due by October 12, 2016. I explained to the clerk that the reason the ticket went back to the judge was because I was asking for a payment plan. She frankly told me when I hired the attorney my ticket was in warrant status, which I paid for and she continued with a callous tone explaining that they do keep notes and they were aware of my homeless status, but the reason they reset a court date for my ticket was to but me time. I was baffled at this point because that was not what I requested nor was that ever reciprocated to me. Unfortunately, my financial situation has not changed and my son and service dog are living between shelters and my vehicle. It is law firms like this that does not care about veterans and believe I am using my veteran status as a cop out. Sadly, they are wrong and I will have to go to jail for this ticket because I cannot afford to pay. I have no clue what will happen with my service dog nor my son. They did not represent me as I requested, as a result I lost money and owe more money. I am at a loss for words other than to tell my story concerning my experience with this law firm. Terrible experience we hired them for a lawsuit for fraud.Lawyer got paid the same day we met with her ,said in about a week she was gonna start working on our case. Its been a month!!! I called every day to talk with her and she was never avilable NEVER!! Never return our calls not even emails. Finally a month later we found her in her office just to get our money back. Thankfully we are not going to deal with her anymore, taking our business somewhere else where they will care about our case.I dont recommend them at all!!!

This is a horrible office DO NOT USE THEM FOR TICKETS. Short on staff the lawyer is nice but way to busy and understaffed. I been trying to contact them for months in regards to a ticket, they never called me back its been months. THANKS TO THEM I ALMOST HAD A WARRENT THIS AFTERNOON
