FANTASTIC ATTORNEY! If you need a CHAMPION for legal representation do yourself a favor and contact Ben!! I spoke with several other attorneys before hiring Ben, as most people would do. I found that he is very well respected throughout the legal community and the DFW area. I was impressed with the way Ben spent extra time carefully explaining every detail to me and assuring me that we had a good case. My initial impression of Ben turned out to be correct, as of today we have reached a very fair and outstanding resolution and it has turned out better than we could have possibly imagined. Ben went over every possible angle and his approach was methodical and very detailed...he left no stone un-turned and got me the best possible deal. Hands down the BEST attorney you can find in Denton. Throughout the entire case process Mr. Hunsucker always answered my phone calls for questions and always gave me the best advice. He does not try to push you off the phone. He makes you feel comfortable and you really feel represented by a strong attorney. I had a Class B misdemeanor, but Mr. Hunsucker used his skills to convince the prosecutor to lower the offense to a class C deferred. Mr. Hunsucker is an AMAZING attorney. My case took almost a year for everything to be said and done. During that time, Ben kept in regular contact with me about the status of my case. I only had to take off work the final day of my court hearing where Mr. Hunsucker got my charge dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor. He stays knowledgeable about changes made with policies and actually had to show proof of a change made regarding drivers license to the judge.
