I want to take a moment to give a special thank you to Jason Stephens and Tracy Heffner. They worked very hard on my sons case and I believe got the best result possible for him...Although there is no compensation that will make up for what he has endured and continues to endure, they championed his fight. Considering the laws are not set up to protect the public from the negligence of our own police departments. They listened to the circumstances of our case, which several attorneys did not, and were able to get the best settlement under the law, which certainly helps to take out some of the sting. I want everyone to know how much we appreciate all of your hard work and communication with us. I highly recommend them to anyone who may need this type of representation.
