Transferring from a Credit Union that seems to have made it their business to be inconvenient, I am overjoyed with the service, professionalism, courtesy and perks! I have taken advantage of an offer to confer with a financial advisor (free of charge), have had the opportunity to personally thank the young man who set up my accounts online and by phone, and have been repeatedly amazed by the friendliness of ALL of the staff. I made a good move. Recommend HIGHLY!

I went in for a loan with a cosigner my cosigner has a 805 credit score. The small loan was to help build my credit but when they found out about my cosigner credit score they turn my loan down and try to get my cosigner to open a account. So if you are like me do not go here for help and you are not allowed to use their bathroom even if you are a member

They started out with free checking. However, after many years of doing business with this credit union, service fees galore began popping up thus triggering overdrafts!! I have now closed my accounts and returned to my old bank! I am now over drafts and service fees FREE once again!

Stay far away from public service credit union. Go to consumer affairs to see the real reviews. They Will Not help you " When life happens" as their motto says. Even if you have a good credit score and they can see the amount you direct deposited for 3 years.

I had a vehicle loan through PSCU. The customer service was horrible so I recently refinanced through a different company. On average, I would be placed on hold for about 30-45 minutes every time I called. I do not recommend this credit union.

I think this is an awesome bank... but of course it is a bank so 4 stars instead of 5. Great attitudes evertime we go the customer service has always proved to put a smile on my face.
