We have been with Bellco for around 4 years now. We moved from Compass bank to Bellco, because it is a credit union, which I believe, provides better service at less cost that a bank. We also moved to Bellco because they had been rated by a national banking review service as one of the safest to bank at, with respect to their amount of cash vs. how much they had loaned out, as well their work on the safety features of their on line banking. I am not a fan of any one branch, necessarily. We have been to most of them in the Denver area over the last few years.

I am pushing 70 yrs. old and have experience with numerous banks and Bellco is by far the absolute best. My wife and I have been members for quite a few years and we have never ever had a bad experience with them. They have helped us with car loans, multiple checking and savings accounts, Visa/ATM cards and have even met me at the front door with a friendly "hello" or "goodbye have a nice day". I never use the drive up window because it is a real joy for me to walk into such a friendly group of young people.

My wife leased a vehicle from Bellco. We bought the vehicle using another bank when said lease expired. Bellco refuses to turn the title over to the new bank. My wife has spent hours on the phone & in this branch. These keystone cops can NOT/ will NOT help her. The last trip to the bank they were so apologetic..... They took the exact title my wife brought them...... And sent it, unchanged to the new bank. THANKS BOZOS. Either way, go to one of the plethora of banks surrounding this one.

Caught the bus all the way here just to use the coop services and they only offer coop atm (after I specifically called and asked if it was a shared BRANCH not shared atm) and not only that but their only coop atm is broken....wow - what a waste of time and demonstration of utter incompetence.

I have been with them for more than 18 years. I have had a couple of frustrations over that time but overall am very satisfied with the services and loans they have provided me and my family. It beats the big banks any day.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! This is the WORST bank/credit union in Colorado. They are SO unbearably slow and horrible. A complete and utter disappointment.

Awful service. Bellco NO LONGER SERVICES members from NON-BELLCO credit unions!!! Have lost that essential spirit of cooperation between Credit Unions!
