A Private User

We went to Bellco Credit Union after noon and it took 30 minutes to talk to one person. Then we waited another 30 minutes for a financial person. She was snotty and very rude to us. I have a credit score of 722 and all they would offer me is a savings account for a fee of $25 dollars at a .0000001 percent interest rate. We are still looking for a decent bank to bank with.

The WORST bank I have ever dealt with. The manager at this location has no manners what so ever. She is not helpful at all and should be removed from the position. I have never had so many problems with customer service in my life. What a horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!

Absolutely rude people i was greated with and when i tried to open a line of credit i sat for over 45 min then i walked out because the banker was more intrested in someones pictures of pumpkins on someones phone than helping me out with a line of credit

Bellco Credit Union has the absolute worst service in every area of their business. Please consider other, more credible Credit Unions! If there were a thumbs down, I would select that in place of even one star!

Have had ongoing issues for about 11 months, I call for an update once a week, and stop in to this branch once a month. Not once! Not one time in 11 months has someone ever called me back!

Everytime I come in to do any sort of banking, the minimum wait time is 15+ minutes. No sense of urgency embedded within the employees. Terrible service when you are actually helped.
