This was my first choice when setting up a checking account and I have no reason to complain since. Public Service Credit Union allows me to manage my money how I see fit. I can transfer balances between my checking, savings, and loans on the go via the mobile app, or at home, without any additional fee. If I make a purchase and my checking account has insufficient funds, an additional balance will be pulled from savings to cover the charge-- at NO extra cost. Since day one, I have never had a complaint, nor additional fee. Public Service Credit Union respects the fact that it is my money and I can manage it how I see fit. In addition, the staff has been very helpful in guiding me through the initial process and taking care of any hiccups along the way. They are personable, reasonable, and genuine. I shall continue to be a patron of their service for years to come.

I recently applied for a personal loan at the Public Service Credit Union and was blown away by the exceptional treatment I received. I worked with Valerie S., and she made the whole experience so easy, and her kindness far exceeded any treatment I have ever received at a business. She was efficient, patient, understanding and professional. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get approved, and she stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommended PSCU and specifically Valerie S for all of your banking needs. It is that type of customer service that keeps customers coming back, and I will never forget how well I was treated.

I absolutely hate calling this place... I bought a truck over a year ago and they seem to forget the fact that some people do not have a paper check to turn in to set up automatic payments. It is INSANE that I should have to wait on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES TO MAKE MY VEHICLE PAYMENT. I think I will refinance through Coors Credit union. I have never been on hold more than 5 minutes. Ever. Im tired of having my time wasted every time I need to make a truck payment. I AM SICK OF THIS!!!

WORST BANK EVER! BEWARE IF YOU BANK HERE, THE AMOUNT THAT IS ON YOUR STATEMENTS. AND ONLINE BANKING AND ON YOUR APP WILL NOT BE THE CORRECT BALANCE. WHAT THEIR SYSTEM SHOWS AND WHAT THEY TELL YOU WILL GUARANTEE BE DIFFERENT. WE JUST SPENT TWO HOURS HERE TRYI TO GET ANSWERS AND THEY DOUBLE TALK! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
