Woah, this place is not professional and maybe borderline unethical in their business practices. The teller was charging me $2.50 to pay my auto loan from my credit union checking account and never told me about the "transfer" fees or gave me a receipt to show the money they were deducting from my payment. They subtracted the $2.50 from my loan payment, which caused me to not pay the full payment amount and then they hit me with several late fees. WTH!?!?!

Terrible institution. They changed the terms on my accounts when they took over my accounts from my old credit union. They closed one of my accounts without my knowledge. Charged fraudulent fees on my husbands account. Rude!!!
