This branch of RBFCU has great customer support. Tony (Member Advocate) is very transparent and clear with his communication and Felipe(Branch Manager) sits right at the front door trying to make sure customers are addressed on time and builds good rapport with everyone. RBFCU Android app works as intended , if not the best for a credit union. Im definitely planning to continue my relationship with them since the branch is very near to my office as well.

I like rbfcu but the branch manager is rude and drive thru takes for-ev-errrrrrrr. Save yourself the 15 minutes and go inside.
