Our whole family uses this bank, and one of my family members just had their bank account almost completely drained. Some one used an atm in Canada to withdrawal hundreds of dollars from their account. This family member does not live in Canada, has never visited Canada, and has never used an atm. We are all flabbergasted that this transaction was not blocked or reported as suspicious activity. Now this person has no money in their bank account and will have to wait 10-90 days for the bank to process their claim on this fraudulent transaction.

I have been a proud member of Community Financial Credit Union for 28 years and I highly value my membership. I love not having a fee for my checking accounts and appreciate the variety of ways they have for investing my money. The credit union is small enough to have a "local" feel and large enough to provide a variety of services. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the credit union serves the community through free shred days and movies in the park. Try it for yourself!

Since the merger nothing but issues with my account. Bills are not getting paid. No acccess to my account... Nobody has answers... "Warren" employees blame CFCU and vise versa. When a bank does a merger its customers should not have issues or feel the impact. And if they do the acquiring bank should help

Considered opening a Bump Up account, but between poor reviews and their incompetent writing of information - poor grammar, incorrect and missing verbiage- why would I ever do business with them? If Blue wants to be a professional banking service, they should at least make the effort to present as one.

Had a 10k loan through Warren Federal Credit Union. Blue took over the company and it everything went to $@&!. The last straw was when I paid off the loan and STILL have not received the title to my motorcycle. Very poor and slow service. Dont do business with them.

Blue Federal Credit Union has always treated me well, and communications with them have always been smooth. I trust them to the utmost degree and am also proud to be a part of an institution that gives back to the community. No complaints here!

Since they merged with Blue Hill they are not the credit union they were. They seem to lack in customer care now and the way they do banking sucks. Both my wife and I will be finding a new place to bank.
