Landmark not only helped us close on our home very quickly, but helped us extricate ourselves from a bad deal. When the seller of the first property we were interested in proved to be unethical, Landmark recognized the problem immediately and helped us out of the deal without losing our deposit. Then our team quickly focused on a better home and closed it under 30 days. It would have closed even quicker but we had to wait on a well inspection over the 4th of July holiday. Highly recommended!!!
