Last time me and 5 people where waiting to talk to a representative and there was only 2. I feel like you have to be Asian so you can get attention quickly one lady came inside without signing in and immediately 1 of the guys to CARE OF her she was Asian and SO the gentleman was Asian this is the 3 time THIS HAPPEN TO ME .. AND One of the representative was talking on the phone she saw that they were 6 people waiting but what she did was just to hang up the phone got up and never told us am sorry or anythin she just walked out because I guess it was her lunch break . This place is horrible . Unless you Asian your are welcome

All I can say Is that this place is horrible . The staff are just not friendly and it looks like you have to be there friend in order to talk to a banker . I wait an hour to talk to someone and then this guy came in and whent strait to someone in the office with out signed or making line.. .. is just horrible poor service Averyone should be fired
