I wish it was possible to give less than 1 star. I live an hour away from the nearest Wells Fargo, which is this branch. I try to call and conduct my business over the phone first to avoid making the trip up there, but every time I call the phone just rings and rings and rings. Nobody ever answers. I can call back immediately and keep calling for an hour, but still never get an answer! This is quite possibly the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with as far as customer service goes. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Tried to set up an appointment to process an insurance claim check. No One Answered after 3 tries over 2 days. I take personal time off work and go to this location and then they tell me that I need to set up an appointment and they can not help me that day. Very Poor management and major room for improvement. Just answer the phone!!

Personal banker Ashley is the greatest. Being away from my bank in my hometown clear across the country, I was concerned about the level and scope of assistance I would receive. She made me feel more than at home. I felt like a VIP customer with a $1,000,000.00 account. Thank you Ashley.
