Terrible service. Dealt with Emilio on a title for my car.. He charged me $110 on my debit card and the title never came in the mail. This was on july 29 2011. Today i went to get a refund and him and the owner joe said that they dont have any reciepts of the said transaction. So basically im out $110 dollars who cares right? Certainly not them. Im a business owner myself and if something wrong is done on my behalf i aim to correct the problem or refund my customers money. Do not use them for insurance or tag renewals or title transfers in the hollywood,fl, pembroke pines area. The Pembroke Pines Tag agency on Flamingo and Pines Boulevard is worth considering. I hate leaving a business a bad review,but in these times you cannot get screwed and do nothing about it.

Terrific Insurance Agency! We have used J & J insurance agency in Hollywood, FL for years now. We have gotten the best rates on our auto insurance for our cars, our homeowners insurance and flood insurance. We even use them as our auto tag agency. The staff is always on the ball and very friendly. If you are in need of an honest, reliable and knowledgeable insurance agency I highly recommend J & J Insurance Associates for any insurance needs.

these people seem genuine, however their follow up is terrible 4 phone calls this past month to june, and still no reply to a current issue. No matter what the issue, i am so sick of basic common courtesy that people can not return a phone call! My issue is still not resolved, and I doubt I will ever get it resolved. stay away from here!

I usually deal with Brad however when he is not available the rest of the staff goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service. In most cases they take care of any issues or concerns right over the phone. I rather pay J&J for their stress free service than to sit at the DMV for hrs and be treated like a prisoner.
