If they had a negative star rating (-5) it would be for this office. He recruited this agency to ask for an estimate of the cost of a plate for a 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage, the figure I was told was $ 350.00. With the same I went to West Flagler Auto Tag Agency located at 5747 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33126 and the cost of this plate was only $ 75.00 This left me so surprised that I returned to this office on Eight Street and they replied that this price could not be. My questions now are: 1.- How can this price difference exist in government offices where you have to work with the same system in the network? 2.- Where is the price difference heading? I look with all this that seems a good steal.

This agency is supposed to open its doors at 8:30am. I am in line at 8:40 and no sign of life inside. The gates are not even up. This is very disrespectful and horrible customer service. When the lady finally shows 15 minutes late she tells the people in line, "who knows if i am even able to help because our computers are down and we may need to close". Great thanks for nothing

I went last week and they were talking about there private lifes in front of customers.. i find that to be very rude because customers dont need to kno that much info. And the fact that its 2017 and they dont take credit cards really sucks
