Edit : After actually going to the cooperate office I was greeted by two young ladies ( I didnt get their names ) . Not only was my issue corrected in 10 minutes , but she was very apologetic and even explained what happened . ( It was an issue with the underwriter ) . I really want to say thanks for such quick and easy assistance.
