Brigham Heating and Cooling was extremely professional, explaining what the furnace needed and the repairs that where needed. My furnace is thirty some odd years old and the technician was able to fix it promptly. Brigham Heating and Cooling also educated me on what I may need to do to replace my furnace because of its age there are signs of wear and tear plus the furnace is outliving it projected life. Thanks Brigham Heating and Cooling you all have done a great job today and I will call on your company again for my heating and cooling needs.

Of all of the home repair companies I have dealt with in the last 25 years, these guys have by far the best customer service! They have been responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. Their price is not the lowest (or highest) but I can definitely say they are worth every penny. They have called me back when they said they would, done great work, charged less than their estimate and been friendly as well. Way to go Brigham Heating and Air! Customer for life!
