"I dont know what you need to do, but your attic is all wrong" was all my inspector could say. We had every insulation company, a/c company, and many contractors and builders come look at it, all baffled, with huge price tags. I was given the number to Rock-Crete and they called me right back and came right away...and knew what the previous owners were trying to do! Since they have been doing this so long they were the only ones who recognized an experimental stage of using foam as a radiant barrier. They called the inspector and told him what needed to be done, and that the blown insulation did not have to be taken out. They fixed my attic quickly and saved me a fortune! And my a/c only needed adjusting instead of replacement. I only wish I would have called them first and called them years ago for my hotspots!

They did a great, professional job. They laid out plastic, where they parked their truck in my drive. They laid down plastic in my house, where they ran their hoses into the attic. Once they completed the job, they cleaned up both inside and outside.

Everything was great from start to finish. From salesman to the crews onsite everyone was prompt, polite and seem to have done good work. We foamed a 20 year old house. The temp in the attic is now within 10 degrees of the inside the house temp.
