I enlisted the legal services of Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C. to represent me in an EEOC reprisal lawsuit that included various discrimination practices from the federal government: the Department of the United States Navy, specifically the Naval Sea Logistics Center, Mechanicsburg, PA. Living in Pennsylvania, I initially chose a local attorney who claimed to win cases like mine; however, he turned out to be unprofessional and have little experience with litigation against the federal government or the various stages and processes of EEOC procedures involving federal employees. I knew that I had to find a highly skilled attorney to handle my case going forward, or I would lose everything I had worked for in the past 31 plus years. By the time that I found Alan, I had wasted a lot of time, money and endured much aggravation and bullying, to the point that the Navy had tried to fire me. Alan Lescht was highly recommended to me from a friend, who was also a former client of Mr. Lescht and also another attorney that I knew endorsed him as well. Upon meeting with Mr. Lescht and his associate, Ms. Christina Quashie, I knew I finally chose the right firm to resolve my complaint and get me the resolution that I greatly needed and deserved. Alan and Christina immediately provided the expertise, professionalism, knowledge and drive that my previous attorney severely lacked. Even though I lived in Pennsylvania and they were located in Washington, DC, they made themselves available and the distance was not an issue. From initiation to settlement, my case took approximately 2.5 years and was both physically and mentally devastating to me. In addition to their excellent legal and professional services, Alan, Christina and Joyce, the office manager, were respectful, caring, kind and provided emotional and moral support when I needed it. Their advice and skills brought much needed resolution of my case as well as closure to this most stressful period in my life. His record and reputation precede him. I would highly recommend Alan’s firm to anyone in need of legal counsel regarding federal employment. He truly earned the award titles and is “One of D.C.’s Super Lawyers.” --Alison Martinek 06/2016 Short Review: I am so grateful to Alan, Christina and Joyce for all of their hard work utilizing their legal skills to win my retaliation/discrimination case and allow me to fully enjoy my life again. Without them I would have lost my job, most of my retirement, my home and all that I have worked for in the last 31 years of government service for the Navy. Thank you for winning my case!

I am current client of Alan Lescht and Associates being represented by Mr. Alan Lescht himself. As a disabled veteran with over twenty-five (25) years of government service I found myself in a very complex and high profile employment crisis in which I was terminated from my government employment. Prior to retaining Alan Lescht and Associates, I unsuccessfully worked with a high profile law firm in Washington, DC and after racking up an enormous amount of attorney fees with this firm, they did not achieve my desired results. Thus, I found myself in a tough spot desperately needing an honest attorney who cared as much about me, my case and my family as they did about the money. During my initial consult with Alan, he expressed great concern of my situation and vowed to aggressively represent me and attain the results I desired. Alan and his team thoroughly reviewed my case and put together an extremely strong defense. Knowing that things were financially tight for me and my family during this time, Alan did everything in his power to keep down the costs. The amount of professionalism and hard work that was invested in my case shows that Alan Lescht is more than just a super attorney. He is a very caring person who genuinely cares for the well-being of his clients other than just-for-profit. Throughout the process, Alan and his team kept me informed and abreast of all developments, reassuring me that we had a very strong case, which helped me to withstand during these tough and challenging times. Although when you first meet Alan he appears to have a very calm demeanor, I was extremely impressed by his performance during a mediation session where he commanded the room by not backing down or settling for less than my desired outcome. I was truly in awe of his talent, natural skills and unwavering position. My case is in the final stage of settlement and my family and I are very grateful to Alan Lescht and Associates as they carried and guided me through the most difficult challenge of my career, which not only affected me but my family. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and I strongly recommend Alan Lescht and Associates to anyone who are experiencing employment difficulties that are looking for a strong, dependable and trustworthy attorney. Lastly…it is truly evident why Alan Lescht has earned the prestigious title of “Super Attorney.” He really is an amazing attorney!!

Alan Lestch and Associates received $3500 retainer to represent my case in front of an Administrative Judge for an EEOC case. They had no interest in my case. Charged me $399 an hour for questions like "How do you plan to address my case". I never received an answer to questions. They sent one statement to my house but continued to charge me over the next 6 months without sending 4 additional statements. They spent over $3000 of my retainer fee. I left there with a little over $400 and absolutely nothing to help my case. This law firm does not represent EEOC cases especially if you are still working with a decent salary. They acted like I should be happy to work while being discriminated against. Stay away from this law firm. They are part of the problem, not the solution.

I have read the review and was impressed with the services of this organization . However, the attorney who I worked with totally turned my impressions to negative direction. She was impatience, gave wrong info, and did not care about justice ( but care about the money from the case she might get and her time only. As a customer, I have to wait for her half an hour and refused to help for the case , eventhough I was told to come by another attorney. ) Knowing that one person might not represent for the whole company but I want to share my experience with others who consider to use the service for their money, trust and valuable time.

Attorney Corrie Ferrini of Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C. is a fierce advocate for whistleblowers and a protector of federal employees. She has shown me great support and advocated on my behalf all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States (Dept. of Homeland Security v. MacLean — 135 U.S. 913 (2015)), where I ultimately prevailed in my case against the TSA. Corrie has never shied away from the challenges presented by the complexities of my case, has always believed in my position and is responsive to my questions. I enthusiastically recommend her to any federal employee involved in a whistleblower retaliation case.

I am very satisfied with the outstanding representation Attorney at Law, August Johannsen (August) of Alan Lescht & Associates Law Firm mounted on my behalf. Mr. Johannsen is a very humble man. He followed up on every question I had and ensured that we met every deadline in presenting documents to the defendants. From the beginning, after speaking with the secretary, Joyce, I felt comfortable in engaging Alan Lescht & Associates to fight my case. I am truly happy with the outcome of this case, and got even more than I originally requested from my defendants. Thank you very much, August for a job well done.

Alan Lescht is an excellent attorney. He is not only reasonable in cost, but personable, and knows the law for employees within the Federal Government, and those with disabilities! At the time of my case, I was in Iowa, and Alan was in DC. To this day, I have never met Alan in person, but I knew I could trust him, after talking with him on the phone. Alan saved me from getting fired from my Federal job. He not only saved my career, but saved me from going bankrupt, losing my house, etc. I am still employed within the Federal Government, and know where to turn to if necessary! Thank you Alan!

When my mom had a case where she was wrongfully terminated by the Dept. of Behavioral Health, Wash DC, we went straight to Alan and his team. They were comforting, reassuring, reliable and professional. They took on our case and took the fight to the DBH. And two years later after finally having our day in court, we prevailed. Words cannot express our gratitude to Alan, Rani, Joyce, Anabia, Stephanie and all the members of his team (current and former). They are all rockstars in my book. If you need a legal team that will fight for you and win for you, look no further. :-)

Mr. Lescht is an A+++ employment attorney. He provided sound legal advice to assist me with a complex separation agreement. He edited the agreement during our one hour consultation and my employer accepted 99% of the changes. I then e-mailed Mr. Lescht the revised agreement, and he gave me this thoughts and provided further legal advice at no cost. Although i am still negotiating the employment agreement, I would have no hesitation recommending Mr. Lescht to anyone who has a complex separation in need of urgent and sound legal advice. Regards, C. Mallory

This law firm does not provide clients a copy of their files upon request, you will have to write the DC or MD Bar Association to obtain info on an ethics complaint, or the state attorney general to have things looked into. It’s best to keep things documented and write the bar associations, this law firm, and or the attorney general as necessary. They may be good lawyers but to an extent they are morose after $$$ than firms that offer similar services and seem to have an issue respecting that files belong to the client and not them.

Alan has a great team. I cannot say enough positive things about Alan, Ms. Harrison (Victoria), Joyce and the other staff who I communicated and worked with. Working OCOUNS (outside of the U.S.) they handled my case with the utmost professionalism, understanding and compassion my family and I needed during a very trying time. Needless to say I could not have expected a better outcome. I am so impressed with their work that I have retained them for a separate matter. Thank you Victoria and your staff.

Krista Wallace handled my case with Sara McDonough. Krista was very kind, helpful and detailed. I did not have much interaction with Sara, but in the conversation I did have with her, she was very straight-forward and to the point, which I like. In the early stages of my case, I communicated with August. August was also a very kind and helpful member of the firm. Krista is still young and early into her career, however I see promise for her as an attorney and believe she has a very bright future.

I highly recommend Alan Lescht and Associates to anyone who needs an employment attorney. Everyone was so professional, friendly, supportive and helpful. From the moment I called and spoke with Joyce to schedule a consultation with Mr. Lescht and then working with Ms. Williamson on my case, I was extremely confident that they would help me win my case. Their expertise and advice was right on and my case was resolved positively. Thanks for a job well done!! Nancy

Alan has been my go to resource for all things business law for several years now. He is personable, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Though my company is small and obviously not going to lead to massive financial gain for him or his office, he has always treated me with respect and given me the time I needed. I have recommended him to several colleagues in the area, and would recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with business law.

I was in a very challenging situation with respect to an employee agreement and a possible loophole. My stress level was through the roof because I felt pressured to leave without severance or take a lower-paid non-severance position. Once Alan got involved the conversation changed immediately. I received severance soon thereafter. I would feel very confident having Alan in my corner in the future.

Alan Lescht has established an incredible law practice. Alan and his team are highly competent and skilled attorneys. What I enjoyed most about working with Alan was his accessibility, knowledge of the law, clarity of thought, and ability to deliver results...not to mention, he is a good guy! Alan receives my highest of recommendations.

Alan and his team of highly professional and competent attorneys championed my argument of hiring discrimination advocating through careful thorough and methodical representation to glean a favorable outcome. Susan stood fast against a large federal agency to protect and support my position. Alan, Susan, Rani and Joyce - Thank you.
