This is the most sorry establishment I have ever done business with. Not only do you have to wait a thousand hours on hold until you get to speak with a representative, before typing in 15 minutes worth of of useless numbers to verify your identity, they have "mailed (apparently by mule)" my child support twice which they received over 7 business days ago, and I have yet to. The people who work for this office put you on hold for nearly every question you have to ask. For 3 years they have failed to take action on the non custodial parent when he went without paying, or paid a minimal of $50 I had to hire a lawyer to take care of the whole situation when I finally came up with the funds to do so, and I recommend you do too. These people take care a minimal things in an untimely manner; they are rude and insensitive. P.S. this is not a free service!

Always helpful staff, when I came to my needs. My husband called in his case and one lady got rude with him. That was a year ago though. I have had no issues with them, and I love that they can give me the information I need quickly.
