Patrick Anderson was the first contact with the firm, I was upset and concerned with what had happened to me and he was quick to calm me down and worked with me on the phone an through emails throughout the entire process. That meant a lot. Danielle Brown was assigned to handle the case and she too understood how upset I was and listened to all my concerns and suggestions and came back with very reasoned approach to resolve the issue. The other party involved did not follow through with what they promised but Danielle was consistent in her approach. Anne also worked with Danielle. Between the two of them and the professional manner with which the approached the case all was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am sure each client they take get the same caring and professional approach.
