Spoke to McGlone over the phone, in which he had tones of impatience and irritability on his voice. He did not express professionalism or courtesy, instead gave off the impression that his goal was to end the conversation before he began. He rushed the dialogue implying and assuming answers for questions he asked after the fact. Talked to four other attorneys that were polite and extremely helpful, and they went beyond what was expected. McGlone was the last to return my phone call and was simply rude. The worst customer service skills I have ever experienced from an attorney. If my patients or potential patients ever received this kind of service from me, I would expect them to see another professional.
