To whom it concerns, I am a senior and needed to update my Will. I became aware of Ryan W. Collier through a lunceon provided by Marion Polk Food Share. There was a joint meeting with with Rick Gaupo and Ryan Collier. It was held at the collier Law offices. There I learned the advantages of having a Living Revocable Trust and thereby avoiding probate. I met with Ryan and he created a Living Revocable Trust for me. He explained each step and invited questions, as we worked through the process. He was very forthright and amiable. He made the process comfortable for me. Ryan explained the processes to me verbably and also wrote them down for reference. I highly recommend Ryan Collier for meeting your needs as you plan for your heirs future.
