I was in a very serious auto accident in Jan. 2013 that put me in the hospital for 21 days plus months of recovery. With a recommendation from a friend, we (my sister) contacted Don Jacobs immediately. During my time in the hospital Don was working with my sister on my case. She said he was very easy to work with, explained things thoroughly and was easy to get a hold of. After I was released from the hospital, Don made time to meet with my family and I to discuss my options. He was very clear and concise. He explained things in “non-lawyer” terms so that it was easy to understand. He was willing to go the extra mile. Don and his staff have been nothing but nice to my family and I during a very difficult time. We really appreciate everything he has done for us. With his hard work, I could rest easy and heal knowing that Don was taking care of the claim. I would highly recommend Don Jacobs for any personal injury case.

I highly recommend Don Jacobs. My son and I were in a head on car crash in 2004. I spent a month in ICU at Emmanuel Hospital with many crushed bones and several months in a care center before I could walk. Don was recommended to my family by a close friend. Don was very thorough in preparing our case. I appreciated that he always kept us informed. At the same time I could always call him when I had a question. He called in many experts who were prepared to testify at our hearing should one be needed. I believe we did not need to go to court because of Don’s reputation of being totally prepared and having his evidence clearly displayed ( including large drawings from the xrays for jurors to clearly see the extent of our injuries.
