Anyone considering Ted Troutmans office for bankruptcy can be assured your going to have the best attorney hands down. I have been working with Ted to get rid of of a ton of debt due to the economy collapsing and costing a business and medical bills to pile up beyond what I could pay. I have been in a 13 and 7 both with Teds office and let me tell you when you know you have a good attorney. You will go to a confirmation hearing with tons of people and attornies. I have witnessed other attornies and thier clients get laughed at and booted from the hearings because the case was not filed right. When Teds clients are called its smooth sailing. He knows the ins and outs of the courts and at the same time do not let me miss mentioning Rusty. Rusty is the man behind the scenes who makes sure the papers are done right and massages everything to make sure the trustee understands the case being presented prior to court. They do an awesome job as a team. These guys are the best hands down...

Due to some significant life changes, we found ourselves having to file for bankruptcy and we cannot think of anyone we would want by our sides through this whole experience but Ted Troutman and Rusty Jacobson. They have made this easy and have given us honest advice the entire time. Even when I was out of state for four months on military service and we had emergencies come up in regards to our re-payment, it was Rusty who calmed my poor wife and helped her through the whole thing. I never like to speak to anyone of my personal financial situation and having to file bankruptcy is not something I would wish on anyone....that said, I would eagerly jump in and tell anyone that if they want the best advice and a team on their side who are friendly, never judge you and will work hard to put you in the best position....its Ted and Rusty!!

Muir and Troutman is the way to go if you find yourself needing to file bankruptcy. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and above expectation for my Chapter 13. Rusty was very quick to answer emails when I had questions and dealt with several salary changes requiring updating of documents, as well as a job change near the end of my term. Bankruptcy is a pretty complex legal undertaking, and Muir and Troutman (and Rusty) will NOT let you down.
