A few months ago I was arrested and charged with DUII. I had spoken with a couple other lawyers before contacting Don. I was disgusted by how quick they were to push me into the diversion program even before hearing the facts. I knew I was not impaired and would not go down without a fight for something I was not guilty of. Don listened to me! He took in what I said, looked at the facts, and used his own extensive knowledge of the absorption and elimination rates of alcohol, police procedure, oregon law on duii, and field sobriety tests to show that I was at no point over the legal limit, that the field sobriety testing is not effective in determining intoxication with everyone, and brought out the key points of that night that were omitted by the officer. He proved that the charge was based solely on the OPPINION of the officer. Which in my case was very bias, based on false information, omitted information, and subpar doccumentation. Oppinions are not facts and math does not lie... He took a serious, miserable, scary and stressful time in my life and made me feel like I was in very good and knowledgeable hands. I let go of control and turned my future over to him (very very very hard for me!) and I was found NOT GUILTY at trial!!! This man is knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy! You are in good hands if you need to hire him. I would recommend Donald Molnar 100% of the time hands down!!!!
