I have used Joel Christiansen on a number of occasions, from reviewing employment contracts to advising when there was a potential issue with a former employer. I found his counsel to be extremely professional and insightful. His knowledge of employment law is vast, but he also will communicate his limits (in my case it was on employment policy in another state). His ability to take a complex issue and break it down into simple, straightforward actionable items is exceptional. I trust him implicitly and would strongly recommend him to others. I crossed paths with Joel by chance, but am truly thankful I did. Joel is the real deal and has paid repeated dividends every time I have worked with him.
