Great customer service. My unit upstairs stop working and the the service company that I have been using for the last 4 years diagnosed the problem and said I need an entire new system. I contacted Chris at "A Degree Above the Rest", he promptly came out the next day and determined that my issue was only a bad thermostat. His honesty, professionalism and experience has won me over. I will be leaving my current service company and transferring my business to Chris.

Our furnace downstairs decided to quit. The first company I called quoted me to replace the entire fan motor. I called A Degree Above the Rest after a recommendation from a friend. He said that the motor is good and only the capacitor needed replacement. The repair was prompt and I paid way less than the price of a new motor.
