Extremely Satisfied!!! A few nights ago strong winds damaged my roof’s ridge vent by blowing it up and breaking a section off (as you can see in the picture). The broken section was wedged between the ridge, which kept it from blowing completely off. Needless to say, my attic was exposed and rain leaked in. I contacted three roofers, one couldn’t come out to take a look until the next day, another couldn’t come out until next month, and the third didn’t bother calling me back after I sent him pictures of the damage he asked for. I got back to my roofer-search and found Roofer911…..why oh why couldn’t I have found Steve first and saved myself a headache. Steve was at my house in little over an hour, less than 15 minutes later I had a detailed quote, about two hours later the guys were on my roof, and less than an hour later they were done. I actually emailed Steve asking when they would be back because I couldn’t believe how quickly, smoothly, and efficiently everything went. Steve sent picture of the completed job and when I went outside to look I could clearly see the huge difference between my ridge vent and the neighbors. I own another home out-of-state and had to have roof work done and it was absolutely nothing like this superb experience with Steve and Roofer911 I highly recommend Roofer911. When you research the company you will find an excellent rating from the BBB as well as other third-party accolades. Additionally, Steve has several YouTube videos of issues he has encountered on homes in the area. He takes great pride in his work and honestly cares about your house as if it is his. I can’t say enough about my experience but I hope anyone who has to deal with these types of issues are able to have the great experience I had today with Steven Briesemeister. Roofer 911 did an amazing job fixing our roof. Steve came out and explained the whole process and wrote up a very detailed proposal. Since I live out of state, I need a reputable contractor with good communications to help me fix our home as soon as possible. Roofer 911 did so many things right, including the most important thing of all…COMMUNICATION! His company is definitely his baby. Steve, the owner, is a real professional and made us feel like we were his most important clients. He communicated status by phone and text throughout the entire process no matter what time of day it is. He was quick to respond to any inquiries, and always had a great attitude. When you call Roofer 911, you will directly get Steve on the phone versus other companies. Other companies, the secretary would tell me the roofer will call me back within 24 hours or so. I don’t know about you, but when I have an emergency, waiting by the phone for 10 minutes feels like a decade. If it wasn’t an emergency, I wouldn’t be calling you. Not only did Roofer 911 did a great job, but their price was VERY reasonable! Choosing any roofer other than Steve would have been an enormous mistake. This company’s customer service is genuine. They take care of you without taking shortcuts because they sincerely want you to be happy with the work.. honestly, such a great family business to work with. Beyond a perfect experience, working with Steve and his company reshaped my expectations for what a contractor can be. Steve was an ideal communicator with all parties and accommodated everyone despite several changes in plan. Bottom line: Roofer 911 is a fantastic company to work with and you will be happy to choose them.

Due to bad construction, homes today are plagued with issues. My house has been plagued with roof problems due to poor judgement by the builders and siding company. For the second time in 4 years, I have had to call Steven Briesemeister and his crew to fix a roof leak. I figured he did a great job the first time, I would give him a shout. When I called Steven and Roofer911 and told him about my issues both 4 years ago and recently, he was out at my house the same day! Totally unheard of these days. He scanned the ceiling with his hand held infrared scanner and found the leaks right away. Not only did he find the leaks, but also pointed out other leaks and problem spots. Steven took that extra step to explain everything from what was wrong, and how to fix it. His confidence and honestly was enough to convince me to use him the first time and to keep him in mind for ALL roofing needs. Oh, And we all know how much prices matter. Personally, I believe Steven and Roofer911 charge a very fair and competitive price. Both times, they were out the same day as the estimate and got the job done within hours. After the job was done, they made sure all nails and material were picked up and carted away. Thank you Roofer911. You save me twice now!

WOW! As a Realtor and homeowner, I appreciated Steve and his team’s hard work, excellent craftsmanship, integrity, very competitive pricing, and phenomenal customer service when he replaced the ENTIRE roof for my client’s home. My team has used the same roofing company for over a decade, but when they could not help me, I turned to Steve. My client’s roof was leaking and doing further damage to her home and mental health. Steve and his team swiftly put a tarp over her home until the roof could be replaced. He even came over to help with a mystery issue we were having and used his infrared camera, which he uses to accurately identify any issues with a roof, and solved that problem too! Steve went WAY above and beyond for both me and my client, and has rightfully earned my repeat business. From now on I will be referring any roofing needs to Steve, ESPECIALLY for roof replacement. I have even told other Realtors about him and encouraged them to use him. I would completely trust Steve and his team to take care of my mother, my best friend, my client, or myself.

Dear Steven, Thank you for all of your help and hard work. After 6 months the roof is still leak proof. But I also want to say this to the future costumers. Despite the one negative rating, Steven has always shown my house and family the utmost respect. Also Steven was able to print an estimate onsite with clear, accurate and competitive pricing; along with reliable work. So negative ratings from upset customers during a recession only creates problems for small business owners. Dear Robert, After reading your review it is clear that you are having issues of your own from the first few words “the worst of them all”. It is one thing to criticize a company that did a bad job or somehow had wronged you. Needless to say I have had a few repairs done on my roof and I can tell you that $900 dollars and a refund of $450 is extremely fair compared to paying $30,000 dollars for a new roof depending on the size of your house. Best Tip of all, “next time you are upset and are unable to fix it yourself, try and fix it yourself and then $900 might not seem so bad. “

I was extremely pleased with my experience with both Roofer 911 and Steven. I contacted the company late on a Friday afternoon, and was greeted kindly and told that someone would be in touch with me early the following Monday morning. Indeed I heard from Steven himself by 9am that Monday morning, described the situation, and he came out the same day for a roof/leak inspection on my home. I was given an estimate via email, which was both convenient and appreciated, and ended up waiting a few days and contacting him back by email asking for a more detailed explanation of why so much work was necessary for the seemingly small issue. Steven was very informative and quite prompt, both things I value being a mom to a busy toddler. The work was done very quickly, and done thoroughly, and I was able to pay electronically. My husband and I have no further concerns about a leak in our roof, and that is comforting. I would recommend Roofer911, Steven, and his team to anyone in the area who has any concerns. You will not be disappointed.

When we bought our house few years ago it had a brand new roof installed. Little we knew it had numerous installation issues in multiple places which led to leaking of water inside a house shortly after we moved in. It’s no exaggeration that we used at least 5 roofing companies before we luckily stumbled upon roofer 911. All previous companies not only did not fix a single problem (it would leak in the same spot) but also introduced new ones. I had never been on the roof before and on more than one occasion I had to climb up there to find and show these so called experts where the water was coming in. We have used roofer911 three times in the past (for different problems). In every instance Steve of Roofer911 quickly diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and repairs were completed with no problems afterward. Steve on every occasion has explained the nature of the problem with me before proceeding with any repair. I cannot recommend Roofer911 enough. I am by no means associated with roofer 911 in anyway.

From the very first phone call I made, I was treated with nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Roofer 911 took the extra time to discuss with me what my roofing issues were, scheduled a prompt appointment the very next morning, and resolved the problem that very day. I was given a detailed estimate of what would be done and why it would be done. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and swiftly and permanently solved my roofing issues. They are experts in their craft, have lots of experience, and completed the job with precision. It was a pleasure to work with them. Although repairing roofing problems may seem costly, this pales in comparison with preserving my home, stopping any further water damage, preventing mold, and most importantly- peace of mind. Wow! It is quite astonishing to me that some people only exist in the world to make trouble for everyone else. Steven Knight, Linkaland link-a-land and Joe Smith. I have never done business with these entities or people, yet they fictitiously invented bad reviews about my service. I don’t want to waste your time, but if you look a little deeper, you will see that all these guys do is give businesses bad reviews. There is so much to be thankful for, why do they need to focus on pessimistic trash? They don’t seem to get it that their malicious intentions are harmful to more than me alone. I want to apologize to my real customers. You are honest home owners with serious roof leak issues, and you don’t deserve to be grouped with that bunch of naysayers. I am so glad that we have selected this company to replace our roof. We started the process trying to fix a leak and they gave us a quote for fixing the problem. they also gave us a quotation for replacing the roof only after I asked for it. they did not pressure us into going one way vs. the other which was great... their work was complete and clean. I actually found myself taking mental notes about areas that I wanted to make sure they address only to find out that they dealt with it even without me mentioning it... the owner of the company showed up multiple times during the process to inspect the work and came over a day after to make sure that all is good. they cleaned up everything before they left and were extremely professional. if there is one thing that they could improve on, it would be communication around material delivery the day before the work... but that was not a big deal as it was not intrusive I highly recommend this company

I asked for several different estimates, and Roofer 911 was the first to respond. The person who arrived was Steven, the owner of the company, and he was 20 minutes early. I liked their price, and their approach (it was not a "sales pitch" like those I got from some companies). When I mentioned that some of the other estimates were more competitive in some areas, Steven was happy to adjust his estimate accordingly (such as lowering the price of replacement plywood, and providing the first two sheets free). They got to the roof within 10 days, and did the roof in one day, and the replacement gutters and downspouts the next day. They did a great job, and were willing to work with me to make the payment (allowing me to use multiple credit cards). Steven even called after everything was done to make sure the work was okay. I would use them again, and I had a great experience.
