Becca is an amazing agent and she was very personable during the entire process! I was going from Liberty Mutual to State Farm and I was afraid of how confusing that process might be -- but Becca reached out and helped with every part of it. She also accommodated my questions via text -- which was a lifesaver due to the busy nature of my work schedule and having no time to make phone calls. Once I arrived in the office, all of the staff was very warm, kind, conversational, personable, and helpful. Lastly, the rates are AMAZING! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance! :)
